Gregory Schwab
Gregory Schwab is the President & CEO of ELITE Luxury Hospitality Representation, a globally recognized firm in luxury hospitality marketing and sales. With a deep-rooted connection to high-end travel, Gregory has shaped an exceptional career by combining expertise, elegance, and a commitment to personalized service. Raised in the world of Four Seasons Hotels, he has led ELITE since 2002, transforming it from a sales-focused agency into a dynamic marketing powerhouse while preserving the legacy and values established by his father over three decades ago. Gregory’s passion for cultural exploration, particularly in Europe and Africa, enriches his leadership, helping him craft innovative strategies for the world’s most iconic hotels and resorts. His academic credentials, including an MBA in Marketing, complement a lifelong dedication to excellence, service, and the luxury hospitality industry. Outside of work, Gregory enjoys traveling, skiing, and fine dining with loved ones, always seeking new experiences that deepen his connection to the world’s finest destinations.
Jeannie T. Schwab, Esq.
Jeannie T. Schwab, Esq. is a seasoned hospitality executive, attorney, and educator who serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Financial Officer at ELITE Luxury Hospitality Representation. Since joining the company in 2008, she has helped guide its growth and innovation in the North American luxury travel market while honoring the legacy of her father, founder George Schwab, and working alongside her brother, CEO Gregory Schwab. With a background that spans executive hotel leadership and a successful legal practice, Jeannie brings a unique blend of strategic insight, legal acumen, and heartfelt connection to her work. She also leads PROST Los Angeles, revitalizing it as a premier networking event for luxury travel professionals. A passionate traveler inspired by both the cultural richness of Europe and the soul-stirring beauty of Africa, Jeannie approaches leadership and life with creativity, compassion, and purpose.
Laura Watt
Laura brings over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality to her role as Executive Director – Supplier Relations & Social Media Manager at ELITE Luxury Hospitality Representation. She began her career in 1990 with The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., where she earned a reputation for reliability and precision while supporting executive-level initiatives. In 1999, Laura joined ELITE at the personal invitation of founder George Schwab, embarking on a decades-long partnership that has seen her play an integral role in the company’s growth and evolution. Today, she manages a range of marketing and relationship-focused initiatives—from strategic email campaigns and social media content to advisor engagement and hotel partner coordination. Known for her calm demeanor and collaborative spirit, Laura is a trusted force behind ELITE’s continued success, fostering meaningful connections between world-class hotels and top-tier advisors. Outside of work, she enjoys beach drives, writing, cooking, and crafting, with Florence, Italy holding a special place in her heart for its timeless beauty and soulful inspiration.
Sandy Schwab
With more than 15 years’ worth of experience in sales and marketing, Sandy A. Schwab is an expert in the luxury hospitality industry. Over the years of building her career, Sandy has been involved in making significant changes in various luxury hotel establishments. For almost a decade, Sandy has been working at senior positions in ELITE Luxury Hospitality Representation in New York, the United States of America.
Ruby
Ruby has over 10 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. She has visited over 500
travel agencies and attended dozens of industry trade shows, including ILTM Cannes, ILTM
Americas and Ensemble Travel Symposium. Ruby has visited 9 countries and 40 U.S. states.
