Jeannie T. Schwab, Esq., is a visionary hospitality executive, legal professional, and educator whose career reflects a rare fusion of passion, precision, and purpose. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Financial Officer at ELITE Luxury Hospitality Representation, Jeannie plays a key leadership role in shaping the company’s strategic direction across financial operations, legal affairs, and brand growth in the North American luxury travel market.Since joining ELITE in 2008, Jeannie has been deeply committed to honoring her family’s legacy—building upon the foundation laid by her father, founder George Schwab, and working alongside her brother, CEO Gregory Schwab, to guide the company into a new era of excellence.

Born into the world of elite hotels, Jeannie’s earliest experiences were steeped in the art of hightouch service and global travel. Her professional path has included executive-level roles at prestigious properties throughout North America and the successful launch of her own legal practice, where she specialized in family law and personal injury. Her legal background continues to inform her work today, bringing both a strategic and empathetic lens to every client relationship and business decision.

Jeannie’s academic journey is as impressive as her professional one. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Education from UCLA and a Juris Doctor law degree, supporting herself through nine years of higher education by working in luxury hotels—a testament to her work ethic and devotion to the industry. She also holds certifications in Human Resources and as a Minor’s Counsel, and has served as both a legal educator and special education instructor.

In her current role at ELITE, Jeannie leads sales initiatives and represents a curated portfolio of luxury five-star resorts, boutique hotels, private villas, and bespoke DMCs around the world. Her dedication to relationship-building, market insight, and brand storytelling continues to deliver exceptional results for ELITE and its partners.

She also serves as President of PROST Los Angeles, where she has transformed the chapter into a vibrant, sold-out networking series connecting luxury travel advisors and suppliers across Southern California.

An avid traveler and lifelong explorer, Jeannie draws deep inspiration from her journeys. Summers spent in Europe ignited her love for history and culture, while Africa has become her spiritual anchor—a place she describes as deeply moving and eternally grounding. Outside of work, she finds joy in gardening, culinary discovery, and live music, having attended over 200 concerts around the globe. Whether walking through vineyards in Tuscany or on safari in the Serengeti, Jeannie brings the same spirit of curiosity, excellence, and heart that defines her approach to leadership and life.
