As I said, we receive many hotel presentations, and yours today was one of the best I’ve seen.
It is so effective that you incorporate personal reflections, that you bounce ideas and questions back with other people, and it was generally just very upbeat and easy to follow along. Christian’s videos were a great approach, too – having the hotel staff deliver a message tailored to the travel agents, quite fun, and very clever!
